Chief Executive Officer & Founder
Former operator turned defense technologist. Ben leads Point Defenses with a hands-on approach to building tactical software and engineering solutions for the DoD. His experience spans mission planning, autonomous systems, and AI-enabled capabilities across classified environments.
Under his leadership, Point Defenses has served as Chief Engineer on the JFANG program under TRMC, developed next-gen mission planning tools through Navy SBIR, and engineered autonomous drone operations for ONR.
Chief Operating Officer
Michelle oversees day-to-day operations at Point Defenses, bringing extensive experience in organizational management, technical recruiting, and scaling defense-focused teams. Her background includes roles at L-3 Communications and CalAmp Corp., where she managed HR operations, talent acquisition, and company-wide initiatives.
With a deep understanding of the defense industry talent landscape and operational requirements, Michelle ensures Point Defenses maintains the lean, high-performance culture that delivers results for DoD customers.
